The core of inspiration of the design programs offered at the Redken Exchange, Cut & Know Why will leave you with a total understanding of hair design and a new twist on your creativity. This 4 day Design Comprehensive session includes interactive, hands on workshops in cutting, design analysis, facial form and finishing. Explore how the elements of shape, head form and movement can allow stylists at every level to create, recreate or duplicate any design.


yuuuuuuuuuup....this means I will be going to NYC again! At BLO, each stylist gets the chance to go to the Redken Exchange on 5th Avenue at least once a year for education! Well, we had our annual staff meeting this morning and we got our education calendar for the year and I will be goin to NYC June 8-11! Super excited, I must say! Unfortunately I wont be going with my two cohorts this time...but I will be going with two other awesome girls that I will get to make fun memories with and actually show them around since this time will be their first time! crazy how it works! but im stoked! :)

hope NYC prepares for what we're bringing in June.


ps: I will make it a point to go to Pinkberry everyday I am there! :)

just so you know....

Just so everyone knows....my 22nd birthday is one month from today!!!!! I would like everyone to mark their calendars right now to make plans to attend the celebration! thanks and have a great day! :)
